Service & properties

What type of properties do you clean?

We clean vacation rentals on Bonaire, including villas, houses, condos, apartments, small resorts and private homes used for short-term and long-term stays.

Who do you work for?

We work with property managers, real estate agencies, small resorts and remote home-owners who rent out their property while living abroad.

Which rental platforms do you support?

We clean properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Micazu, Expedia, Marriott Homes & Villas and similar rental platforms.

Do you clean properties that are not listed on platforms?

Yes. We also clean privately rented homes and second homes used by owners, family member or friends.

Do you offer long-term rental cleaning?

Yes. We provide cleaning for long-term rentals, what includes move-out and deep cleaning by agreement.

Turnovers & Hotel style service

Do you provide turnover cleaning between guests?

Yes. Turnover cleaning is our core service and includes preparing the property for the next guest check-in.

Do you handle same-day turnovers?

Yes, same-day turnovers are possible depending on availability. We recommend booking as early as possible for back-to-back reservations.

Do you offer mid-stay or daily cleaning like a hotel service?

Yes. Daily or multi-day cleaning during a guest’s stay is available as an add-on for high-end villas and condos with elevated service expectations. This includes bed making, bathroom refresh, refills, light cleaning, and emptying trash bins. Fresh linen is available upon request.

How far in advance should I book cleaning?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during high season or for same-day turnovers are required.

Do you work on Sundays or holidays?

Sunday or holiday service is available by exception and subject to availability. Please refer to the add-ons section for details.

Owner arrivals

Can you prepare the property for owner arrivals?

Yes. We can prepare homes for owner stays, including cleaning, linen setup, fridge pre-stocking and presentation before arrival.

Deep cleaning & steam service

Do you offer deep cleaning services?

Yes. Deep cleaning is available as an add-on and provides extra attention beyond standard turnover cleaning such as detailed kitchen, bathroom and surface cleaning.

When are deep cleaning services performed?

Deep cleaning are typically scheduled separately from turnover cleaning to allow sufficient time and optionally proper drying. In some cases, they can be combined depening on timing and availability.

Do you provide high pressure cleaning?

Yes. High-pressure cleaning is available as an add-on and is suitable for patios, terraces, driveways, outdoor walls and other hard surfaces affected by dirt, salt or buildup. Depending on the property and material.

Add-ons & extra services

What add-ons do you offer?

We offer a range of add-ons including linen handling, fridge pre-stocking, refill services, trash handling, deep cleaning, steam cleaning, high pressure cleaning and maintenance monitoring.

Do you offer fridge pre-stocking?

Yes. Fridge pre-stocking is available as an add-on and can be arranged based on a predefined shopping list or specific host instructions, ideal for latearrivals or remote owners.

Do you offer refill services?

Yes. We can restock essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, and other agreed supplies as an add-on.

Is linen cleaning included?

Linen handling is available as an add-on and can include washing, drying, folding, ironing, bed making and preparation for guest check-in.

Do you handle trash bins on collection day?

Yes. Trash handling is available as an add-on, including placing bins outside on collection days and returning them afterward.

Maintenance & Property support

Can you report or coordinate maintenance issues?

Yes. If we notice issues during cleaning, we report them with photos. Upon request, we can coordinate external technicians and follow up (maintenance coordination).

Do you handle minor maintenance issues?

We aim to resolve small, minor issues during our cleaning visit when possible. Larger issues outside our scope can be coordinated with external professionals.

Remote owners & local support

Do you support remote property management?

Yes. We support owners and agencies by handling cleaning, reporting, issues, coordinating access and managing on-site follow-ups on Bonaire.

Can you act as our local support on Bonaire?

Yes. We can act as your local point of contact, handling cleaning, access coordination, on-site follow-ups, and checks.

pricing & transparancy

How is pricing structured?

Our base price covers standard turnover cleaning. Additional services such as linen handling, refills, daily cleaning, same-day turnovers, maintenance coordination and trash handling are offered as add-ons.

Is deep cleaning included?

Deep cleaning is not included in standard turnover cleaning and is available as an add-on when extra attention is required.

Do I know the price upfront?

Yes. All pricing is confirmed in advance based on selected add-ons. No surprises.

What if the property is excessively dirty?

If a property is significantly more contaminated than reasonably expected (for example excessive trash, heavy buildup, or damage-related cleaning), additional intensive cleaning or deep cleaning may be required.

In such cases, any extra charges will be assessed on site, documented with photos, and communicated to you in advance before any additional work is carried out.

How does payment work?

We invoice per cleaning or monthly for agencies and property managers.
Invoices are sent digitally with a clear breakdown of services and add-ons.
Payment is due within 14 days via bank transfer to our MCB business account on Bonaire.

Who will clean my property?

Your property is cleaned by trained professionals following standardized cleaning checklist and quality controls to ensure consistent results with high-quality cleaning for every property.

Are you insured?

Yes. We operate as a registered professional cleaning business and are properly insured for the services we provide. We treat every property as if it were our own.

What languages do you speak?

We communicate in Dutch and English.

How do you ensure consitent quality?

Quality is ensured through clear procesures, detailed checklist and on site attention during every clean. We focus on consistency, presentation and guest-ready results.

access & practicalities

How do you access the property?

We work with lockboxes, smart locks, key safes, receptions, or local key pickup locations. Access details are shared prior to the service.

Can you pick up or return keys locally?

Yes. Local key pickup and return can be arranged by agreement, including offices, receptions, or trusted local contacts.

Can I change or adjust my booking?

Yes. Booking changes can be requested in advance and are subject to availability and scheduling.

What if plans change or a booking is canceled?

If plans change, please inform us as early as possible. Cancellation or change conditions depend on timing and scheduled services.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional, eco-friendly cleaning products and our own equipment, including steam and high-pressure machines for indoor and oitdoor cleaning.

Do you move furniture?

We move lightweight items but not heavy furniture which we cannot handle due to safety reasons.
